Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your helmet, you may return or exchange it by following the policy below.

Return & Exchange Time

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • The helmet must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • The helmet should not have scratches, damage, or signs of use.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Helmets that have been used, damaged, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable (exchange may apply if approved).

Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your helmet for a different size or model (subject to availability).

  • If the exchanged item costs more, the price difference must be paid.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Once approved, send the helmet back to us as instructed.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
